Tournament Details

· Final Stop on the Lucasi Hybrid All American Tour; a $500 added money event! ($5 ACS Tour Registration Fee is being donated back to the event and will be augmented by IBL Houston, Inc. to fund)

· All entries will also be included in two $1000 Lucasi Hybrid Cue raffles conducted at the end of the Tour year—provided by Ozone Billiards one of the Tour sponsors.

· Only Amateur players may participate.  (We check Pro Lists from various Sanctioning Organizations.  Valid ID Required.)

· Format will be “Race to 3” and rules of play are ACS/World Pool-Billiard Association. 

· Prize money will be awarded to the top 1/4 of the field.

· Trophies, Commemorative Poster (framed) and other awards to top 3 finishers.

· Top ACS Sanctioned player will also be awarded an entry into the 2011 ACS Nationals in Las Vegas, NV

· Official Registration for this charitable event will be at 10 am (Saturday) with the tournament activities starting at 11 am.  Play will continue until early evening so everyone will have an opportunity to attend other Pride events during the evening,  then conclude on Sunday beginning at NOON. 

· Tournament Tickets are $30 in advance and $35 at the door.  $10 of each entry will be added to the Prize Pool.  Tickets available from many IBL members and  @ Slick Willie’s Montrose.  You may also purchase them by credit card over our secure Checkout links on the Pre-Registration page (courtesy of Unicorn Technologies).

· Non ACS sanctioned participants who wish to qualify for the Nationals entry are required to complete the ACS Player Membership form and pay an additional $25 fee prior to competition.

· Supporter Raffle Tickets for chances to win one of the many in-kind prizes donated by our sponsors will also be available for $5 each or 3 for $12 from the same outlets.  All Raffle proceeds are designated for the charity.   Drawing will be held Sunday afternoon during awards ceremonies.

· Some of our donations will also be offered via Silent Auction during the event with net proceeds (after other event expenses) designated for the charity.  See our Silent Auction page for item details.

· Parking available in front as well as behind Slick Willie’s for participants. 

· Sponsors, Players and Charity representatives are also invited to our Pre-Event Cocktail party at Slick Willie’s Friday evening, June 18,  from 8-10pm to get acquainted.  Please join us and have fun!.
